Biography of Michael Stewart
Mr. Stewart is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York, and is a member of

Mr. Stewart received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his law degree from California Western School of Law, where he was an associate justice in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
While living in New York, Mr. Stewart practiced corporate and intellectual property law. He represented large companies in trademark matters, such as ALCOA, DC COMICS, HUGHES ELECTRONICS, IBM, and celebrity figures such as BON JOVI. He was also involved in representing business and trademark interests in the creation of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). He has written extensively on the evolving laws concerning domain names and trademarks.
Mr. Stewart now lives in Miami, and his firm, The Law Offices of Michael D. Stewart a/k/a Miami Law, LLC, represents clients throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Stewart is also a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker.
